Joanne Wilson, Chair
Joanne Wilson is currently an active angel investor with a portfolio of over 100 companies such as Food52, Sweeten, Vengo, Nestio, Shippabo, Flip, Clutter, and Parachute Home. She also founded Frame Home, which develops residential spaces with a commitment to sustainable living. In addition to these endeavors, Joanne served as chairperson at Hot Bread Kitchen. She is a board member of The Highline and is the co-chair of Path Forward. Joanne serves as Chair of the Board of Directors.

Diallo Powell, Vice Chair
Diallo is the Co-founder & CEO of mobility and energy company Stak Mobility. Diallo brings a diverse background working in management consulting with Fortune 500 companies, founding and scaling startups and growing non-profits. Diallo serves as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors.

Annie Koo
Annie Koo is the Chief Operating Officer at Catalyst Housing Group. Before Catalyst, Annie led the housing vertical at Sidewalk Labs, the former Alphabet company focused on real estate technology. In addition, she has worked on housing and affordability topics at McKinsey, NYC Dept of Housing Preservation and Development, and as a Fulbright Fellow in Singapore focused on public housing. Annie received her MBA from Columbia and holds a degree in Architectural Studies from Brown University. She is originally from McAllen, Texas.

Brooke Ellis
Brooke Ellis is a visionary brand builder, investor, and transformational marketing executive with over 16 years of experience at the intersection of innovation, equity, and culture. She currently serves as Co-Founder and President of Authentic Intelligence, a venture-backed media and entertainment company that connects global brands with emerging talent to design culturally resonant movements and immersive experiences.
Throughout her career, Brooke has led high-impact marketing strategies at world-class organizations including Amazon Music, Weight Watchers, JPMorgan Chase & Co., and General Motors, helping each reimagine how they connect with younger communities. Her leadership
has been recognized by Nasdaq, Ad Age, NBC, Black Enterprise, and Brand Innovators, and she has been featured as one of the “Top 100 Women in Media and Marketing.”
A proud New York resident and business owner, Brooke has a personal and professional commitment to uplifting historically marginalized communities. She currently serves as a board member for Save A Girl, Save A World, a committee member for Save the Children, and an advisor to Hampton University’s School of Business.
Brooke holds a B.S. from Hampton University and completed graduate fellowships at the University of California, Los Angeles and the University of Pennsylvania. A dedicated mother and triathlete, she brings a deeply human-centered approach to every table she joins, believing in the power of community, culture, and capital to transform lives.

Dylan Baker-Rice (ex-officio)
Dylan Baker-Rice serves as Deputy Chief Asset & Capital Management Officer at the New York City Housing Authority. Helping to lead a division of over 500 staff in capital planning, design, and construction for capital improvements of public housing with an annual capital budget of $1.2 billion. Capital work covers everything from comprehensive building renovation for whole developments to improvements of community spaces, grounds, resiliency, sustainable pilot programs, and infrastructural upgrades. Capital work for NYCHA is spread across 133,000 units in all five boroughs of New York City.
Dylan has worked in the AEC industry for more than twenty years both in the US and abroad. He has served in leadership roles at international architecture practices as a principal of Studio Baker-Rice in Brooklyn and Affect-t in Hong Kong as well as Zaha Hadid Architects in London and Asymptote Architecture in New York. Designing and building large scale cultural projects, multi-family and affordable housing, mixed-use, commercial, and single-family residential projects in Europe, the Americas, and across Asia.
In parallel to architectural and construction work, Dylan has taught and lectured at leading architecture schools in the US and abroad including Pratt Institute’s Graduate School of Architecture, the University of Hong Kong, and Columbia University’s Graduate School of Architecture.

Jeff Lindor
Jeff Lindor is the Founder and CEO of The Gentlemen’s Factory Inc., a co-working social space that is designed to enhance the lives of men of color. Lindor’s previous experiences include serving as the Strategic Advisor to the Executive Staff at the NYC Department of Correction, Adjunct Lecturer at the City University of New York, and a Communications Strategist at EmblemHealth, where he led the initial roll out of the Affordable Care Act. Jeff is a current board member for NYC Mayor’s Office Black Entrepreneurship (BE-NYC) Initiative, The Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce, and NYC Tech Alliance.

Jennifer Kaminsky
Jennifer Kaminsky is a Principal at Apollo Global Management, an asset management business that provides companies with innovative capital solutions and support to fund their growth and build stronger businesses. In her role at Apollo she is a Senior Project Manager within the Legal, Tax and Compliance group managing and overseeing strategic and financial initiatives and objectives. Prior to that time, Ms. Kaminsky was Senior Vice President at The Blackstone Group in the Hedge Fund Solutions Group. At her time at Blackstone she was the Head of Middle Office and Cash Operations focusing on the planning, processing and reconciliation of trades and cash needs for the division. Ms. Kaminsky graduated from State University of New York at Albany earning a dual degree in Psychology and Business Administration with a focus in Finance and Management.

Jessica Sherman
Jessica Sherman is Senior Vice President of Affordable Development at Douglaston Development, where she runs the firm’s preservation portfolio and affordable business development. In her development roles, Ms. Sherman has overseen the preservation or new construction of over 3,000 units and budgets over $800 million. Prior to joining Douglaston Development, Ms. Sherman worked as a Leadership Fellow at the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, focusing on regional infrastructure management and development. Ms. Sherman holds her M.B.A. from Columbia Business School, an M.Sc. in Social Policy from the University of Oxford, and a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania.

Jonnel C. Doris
Jonnel C. Doris is the CEO of START Treatment & Recovery Centers, the country’s oldest and largest minority-led, non-profit community-based healthcare agency, providing cutting edge biomedical and behavioral health research, addiction and behavioral health care, primary care, HEP-C and HIV/AIDS care to adults, as well as mental health services to adolescents. Previously, Jonnel served as Commissioner of the NYC Department of Small Business Services, the founding Executive Director of the NYC Mayor’s Office of Minority and Women-owned Business Enterprises, and subcommittee Co-Chair of the Taskforce on Racial Inclusion and Equity.

Julio E. Cordova
Julio E. Cordova is a dedicated community advocate with years of experience in community service. Residing in NYCHA’s Laguardia Houses on the Lower East Side, Julio has been deeply involved in various initiatives aimed at enhancing communication and dialogue among local residents, fostering community unity, and advocating for those without a voice.
Julio's qualifications include serving as a Resident and Community Outreach Advocate, significantly contributing to community development. Julio is an Advisory Board Member for the YMCA Youth and Members drive, demonstrating a commitment to youth engagement and community betterment. Additionally, Julio is a member of the NYCHA Work Order Reform Committee and serves as Recording Secretary for the NYCHA Laguardia Houses Resident Association.
Julio is known for his strong community focus, organizational skills, and commitment to improving neighborhood unity and security. At Laguardia Houses, Julio transformed vacant spaces to be used as computer labs and reading centers, with a focus on increasing literacy in NYCHA communities. Julio's work in various capacities reflects his dedication to community advocacy and engagement, making him a valuable asset to any community-focused initiative.

Kathleen-Corradi (ex-officio)
Kathleen-Corradi serves as the SVP of NYCHA RSPI, overseeibng the transformation and institutionalization of an updated resident engagement approach and lead a team of 200 staff across multiple units. She will execute a new vision and operating model for RSPI focused on connecting residents to economic opportunity, strengthening resident associations, engaging with residents and partners on issues regarding NYCHA’s operations, and community programs to foster more connected and vibrant public housing communities.
Kathy brings more than a decade of New York City government experience in citywide operational leadership, partnership building, and community engagement. Most recently, she served as New York City’s first-ever Citywide Director of Rodent Mitigation (Rat Czar), where she led a groundbreaking multi-agency strategy that has become a national model for urban pest management — reducing 311 complaints while dramatically increasing community participation in prevention efforts. Prior to that, she directed space management for NYC Public Schools, where she oversaw $500 million in capital development and restructured building utilization to better serve students and communities. She also directed the nation’s largest zero-waste program across 550 schools and 350,000 students. Earlier in her career, she developed experiential learning initiatives at the Brooklyn Botanic Garden. Kathy holds an M.S. in urban sustainability from City College of New York and a B.S. in biology from Eckerd College.

Lisa Bova-Hiatt (ex-officio)
Lisa Bova-Hiatt was appointed Interim Chief Executive Officer of the New York City Housing Authority on September 19, 2022.
Lisa has more than 25 years of experience in the public sector. She joined NYCHA in February 2020 as General Counsel, where she led the Authority's Law Department and was involved with all NYCHA executive matters including compliance with the HUD Agreement, NYCHA’s Transformation and Implementation Plans, as well as operations and administration. She was previously General Counsel of the City University Construction Fund and Executive University Counsel of the City University of New York (CUNY). Prior to CUNY, Lisa served as Executive Director of the Governor’s Office of Storm Recovery (GOSR), where she played an integral role in helping the agency carry out the reconstruction of over 12,000 homes and hundreds of infrastructure projects.
Lisa previously spent 19 years in various roles at the New York City Law Department, including as the Deputy Chief of the Tax and Bankruptcy Litigation Division, where she specialized in the acquisition of property by eminent domain, in rem tax foreclosures, and real estate titles.
Lisa serves on the Board as an ex-officio member.

Liz Neumark
Liz Neumark is the founder of Great Performances, one of the country’s foremost catering companies. Liz is dedicated to tackling food-related issues and engages in a number of initiatives including food rescue, anti-hunger, healthy food access, and local agriculture. In 2006, she established Katchkie Farm in Kinderhook, NY, and founded The Sylvia Center, a nonprofit organization dedicated to addressing issues in children’s health. Liz was recently appointed to the NYC Fair Recovery Task Force; and she sits on the boards of GrowNYC, women.nyc, Hudson Square Business Improvement District, and is a member of the Bronx Chamber of Commerce.

Matthew Cullinen
Matthew Cullinen is the former Vice President of Global Sustainability at HSBC Bank, USA. He is a climate change, philanthropy and non-profit leader with over 12 years of experience building and leading initiatives on a global basis to reduce carbon emissions and support economic development. Previously, Matthew was a Senior Director at Pact, an international development organization, where he launched their energy practice, and he has recently served as an independent consultant to several companies, including Google and Schmidt Futures. Matthew holds an MA in international relations from New York University and received his BA in political science and philosophy from Indiana University, Bloomington.

Michelle Gomez
Michelle Gomez had been a resident of Woodside Houses since 2017, with her teenage children, following five years of living in homeless shelters after losing her long term job. Michelle earned her High School Equivalency diploma through a NYCHA program, graduated from LaGuardia College and in December 2021 will earn a dual degree from Hunter College in Urban Studies and Public Policy.

Rosina Abramson
Rosina Abramson is a private sector lawyer and consultant. She is the Principal of Verdant Ventures Consulting. She has specialized in sustainable infra-structure, intergovernmental relations, and management. Career highlights include President of the Roosevelt Island Operating Corporation and of the Queens West Development Corporation.

Sideya Sherman (ex-officio)
Sideya Sherman is Commissioner of the NYC Mayor’s Office of Equity, where she leads the City’s effort to advance equity through policy, practice, and programs that serve New Yorkers. Sideya brings nearly two decades of equity-focused community and economic development experience, most recently serving as Executive Vice President for Community Engagement and Partnerships at the New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA). In 2020, while at NYCHA, Sideya was tapped to additionally lead the Mayor’s Taskforce on Racial Inclusion & Equity (TRIE). As Executive Director of TRIE, Sideya worked across over 60 City agencies and Offices to advance new policies and initiatives that centered equity in the City’s ongoing pandemic response and recovery.
Prior to her career in government, Sideya acquired extensive experience serving diverse communities in the nonprofit sector. As Project Director and Senior Planner for the Municipal Art Society of New York (MAS), Sideya provided training and technical assistance to community-based organizations and neighborhood advocates confronting local planning, land use, and economic development challenges. Sideya has also held positions with the Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC) and the Lower East Side Business Improvement District, where she implemented urban commercial corridor revitalization programs at both a national and local scale, respectively.
Sideya serves on the Board as an ex-officio member.

Dr. Susan Beane
As Executive Medical Director at Healthfirst, Dr. Beane leads a team that collaborates with major healthcare delivery systems and with local and national policy experts on the design, implementation, and dissemination of innovative, outcomes focused models of care. Dr. Beane promotes partnership with providers and communities to create an effective, efficient, equitable delivery system with access for all.
